Soaking feet in vinegar (apple cider vinegar being the best) is the secret to the softest feet ever!!! It’s also a great remedy for many problems like toenail fungus, dry feet, tired feet, etc. Here’s my recipe for taking regular care of your feet:
- Mix 1 cup of vinegar and 6 litres of warm water together and add a few drops of essential oil. Soak your feet for 45 minutes in this mixture. Now use a pumice stone to remove the skin from the heels and callused areas of your feet.
- Take a soft brush and rub your upper foot area and toes. Doing this once or twice a week, followed by the application of a moisturizer is sure to help you have soft and supple feet. This is also one of the best solution for smelly feet and nail fungus! Make sure that you do not use the same solution more than once though.
